KEEP IT
ALIVE.
Your avatar runs on your habits. Eat well, train, walk, sleep, it thrives. Let the days slide and it fades. It turns out that is a very good reason to show up.
Launching on iOS and Android. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the day it goes live.
Built for real life. Not just athletes.
YOU CHOOSE.
IT LIVES ON THAT.
Your avatar has health, and it spends it. Show up and it stays green. Miss enough days and it slides to yellow, then red. Not streak guilt, just something small that is genuinely worse off when you skip, which turns out to be far harder to ignore.

THE SHORT
VERSION.
01What is One More Day?+
One More Day is a health and habits app that turns the goals you choose into missions. Complete them, earn XP and keep a personal voxel avatar growing alongside your real progress.
02Do I need to be athletic?+
No. One More Day is for every starting point. A walk, a mindful meal, better sleep, hydration or a few minutes of meditation can matter just as much as a gym session or a long run.
03What can I do for free?+
Free Player includes core missions, XP, levels, manual workout and meal logging, walking, running and cycling, challenges, and one lifetime static avatar.
04What does Plus Player add?+
Plus Player adds deeper AI analysis, adaptable plans, AI-assisted check-ins, and multiple avatars that are animated, personalized and interactive according to your goals. Intended launch pricing is $12.99 monthly or $99 yearly, which works out at $8.25 a month and saves $56.88 over paying monthly. Paid purchase is not live on this website yet.
05Which health platforms connect?+
One More Day connects with Apple Health, Apple Watch through HealthKit, WHOOP and Strava. Connections are optional, so you can also use the core game with activity logged in One More Day.
06Can coaches use One More Day?+
Yes. Coach Pro lets a coach invite clients, build and assign workouts and challenges, create squads and clubs, and follow completion and consistency from one workspace. Intended launch pricing is $24.99 monthly or $199 yearly, which works out at $16.58 a month.
07How does territory work?+
Walking, running and cycling routes can become territory to capture and defend, turning outdoor movement into part of the One More Day game.
08How do challenges work in One More Day?+
A challenge is a time-boxed contest on one health metric. There are five modes: competition (highest total wins), race (first to the target wins), consistency (rewards showing up repeatedly), together (one shared combined outcome) and team (squad versus squad). Progress is scored on verified metrics, steps, running distance, sleep hours, meditation minutes, missions completed and mission consistency, read from what you log plus any health source you chose to connect.
09How do I track my friends during a competition?+
Every challenge has a live ranking. Accepted participants appear in a leaderboard that updates as progress syncs, showing each player's avatar, current value, streak and which health source their number last came from. Challenges can be invite only, where the organiser adds specific users, or open, where anyone with the link or join code can enter.
10How do prizes work in challenges?+
Challenges can carry a coin prize pot. The organiser sets an entry amount and every player who joins commits that many coins, committing reserves them without spending them yet. The pool is the entry amount multiplied by the number of players. When the window closes the pot settles atomically: everyone is debited their entry and the winners are credited. In race mode the winner is whoever finished first; in every other mode it is the highest score. Ties split the pot evenly, with leftover coins handed out one at a time so nothing is lost to rounding. If nobody produces a verified result, every entry is refunded in full. Coins are an in-game currency, not money.
11What is a squad and how does team versus team work?+
A squad is a named group you create and invite people into. Team challenges pit one squad against another: every member's individual progress on the metric is summed into a single team score, so the squad with the higher combined total wins. Squads can also chase one shared goal together instead of competing, and a coach can assign workouts to a squad and see what was actually completed.
12Does One More Day track calories and food?+
Yes, and it is one of the core features. You can log a meal by photographing your plate, scanning a barcode, describing it in plain language, or picking from the recipe library. Calories, protein, carbs and fat roll up into daily totals tracked against your targets. Diet plans are personalized to your goals, your eating style, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, high-protein, low-carb, keto, Mediterranean and regional cuisines, and your allergies, restrictions and dislikes.
13Can One More Day help me lose weight?+
That is one of its main uses. You track calories and macros by photographing meals, scanning barcodes or describing what you ate, follow a diet plan built around your goals and eating style, track your fasting window, and log steps, runs and gym sessions, all in one app. The game layer exists because the hard part of weight loss is not knowing what to do, it is still logging in week six.
14Is One More Day a meditation app?+
Partly. Meditation, breathing and mindfulness sessions are missions in their own right, alongside sleep and hydration, so recovery earns XP the same way a gym session does. It is not a meditation-only app, mindfulness sits next to food, training and sleep rather than replacing them.
15Which devices and apps can I connect?+
Today you can connect Apple Health, Apple Watch through HealthKit, WHOOP and Strava. Garmin, Oura, Google Fit, Health Connect and Fitbit are on the roadmap but are not available yet. Every connection is optional, the app works on activity you log yourself.
16Does One More Day work well with Apple Watch?+
Yes. Apple Watch and iPhone metrics flow in through Apple Health and HealthKit, covering steps, workouts, sleep and heart data. Those values feed your missions and count toward challenges automatically, so activity your watch already records does not need logging twice.
17What does the AI actually analyse?+
Plus Player reads your connected health data and logged activity together, sleep and recovery, workout history, meals, movement, and looks for patterns across them rather than reporting each in isolation. It uses that to adapt plans and explain what is working. It is coaching context, not medical diagnosis.
18Is One More Day good for personal trainers and online coaches?+
Coach Pro is built for it. A personal trainer, online coach, remote coach or fitness instructor can invite clients into one workspace, build and assign workouts and challenges, create squads and clubs for group programs, and track completion and consistency for each client. It suits distance and online coaching programs where the coach is not in the room, replacing spreadsheets and scattered chat threads.
19How does One More Day compare to other fitness and calorie apps?+
People usually compare it with calorie trackers, habit trackers, gamified fitness apps and coaching platforms. The difference is scope and stakes: food logging, gym programming, running, sleep, fasting, mindfulness, social challenges and coaching sit in one app, and everything ties to an avatar whose health visibly declines when you stop showing up. Most apps show you a chart after the fact; this one gives you something that is worse off when you skip.
20When does One More Day launch, and how do I get notified?+
One More Day is in pre-launch and is not on the App Store or Google Play yet. Join the waitlist on this page with your email and choose iPhone or Android. We send one email the day it goes live on your platform, no newsletter and no spam.
21Is One More Day on iPhone and Android?+
Both are planned. One More Day is being built for iOS and Android. The waitlist lets you pick which one you are waiting for so you only get emailed when your platform is actually live.
22Can I track intermittent fasting?+
Yes. One More Day tracks your eating window alongside what you ate, so you can see when you actually ate rather than when you intended to. Fasting is one of the recovery missions, next to sleep, hydration and mindfulness.
23Is there a social or multiplayer side?+
Yes. You can challenge friends directly, join open challenges, compare progress on leaderboards, capture territory on real walking, running and cycling routes, and opt in to discover other people working toward similar goals.
24How is One More Day different from a normal fitness tracker?+
Most trackers show you numbers after the fact. One More Day turns the goals you choose into missions with XP, levels, streaks and badges, and ties them to a personal voxel avatar that reflects your real consistency. Walking, meals, sleep, hydration and mindfulness all count, so it works for people who are not training for anything.
25Does it work if I do not go to the gym?+
Yes. Gym training is one option among many. Walking, meal awareness, sleep, hydration, fasting and meditation missions all move the game forward, so One More Day works whether or not you ever lift a weight.
